0 and 4 come up in statistics display.
In addition to the staff members CATEGORY setting, the facilities available depend on the location of the terminal logged on at. A caller area terminal is required to enable active ticket facilities, back office terminals have such functions as announce dissabled, and facilities restricted to telephon and similar enquiries.
8 SHOULD come up in database access mode, but more work needed - selecting button brings it up.
