NI14 and Satisfaction
Progress towards CMS10 is again being slowed by the latest requirements for additional monitoring of client enquiry handling. The need to provide figures relating to the 'NI14' statistics as required a further modification to the clearance code handling. And we are currently looking to provide a flexible means of handling the reasons for 'avoidable contact'. The same extension also provides for a simple customer satisfaction survey, and this has been extended to provide the red/amber/green of the govmetric rather than the original Yes/No.
This work is only currently compatible with the extended tagging provided by CMS9.8 since it replaces the clearance code drop down provided by the CMS9.7 version. See the notes on expanded tagging for more information on these additional developments.
