It has been a long time coming, but CMS10 - which has been operational privatly for a couple of years - is now ready to roll out. There is still a lot of work needed to complete the un-line manual, but this will be addressed in parallel with other testing and can be found on line here. CMS10 Manual - Introduction
Progress towards CMS10 is again being slowed by the latest requirements for additional monitoring of cleint enquiry handling. The need to provide figures relating to the 'NI14' statistics as required a further modification to the clearance code handling. And we are currently looking to provide a flexible means of handling the reasons for 'avoidable contact'. The same extension also provides for a simple customer satisfaction survey, and this has been extended to provide the red/amber/green of the govmetric rather than the original Yes/No.
This work is only currently compatible with the extended tagging provided by CMS9.8 since it replaces the clearance code drop down provided by the CMS9.7 version. See…
After some conciderable time we have finally completed work on the secure support site for our customers. Customers will be supplied with user names and passwords to get into their section of the site, and over time all of the material relating to EnquirySolve CMS at your site will be available here. Four customers are already active on the system, and this will reach double figures by the end of the week. Each site has it's own sub-domain and this allows easy access to the relevant area.
Blogs, ToDo list and Error Logging will be implemented as soon as possible, and if we receive enough requests we will add a more open forum section so that customers can liase with one another and discuss future developemnt ideas.
